One of the great perks of being a member is a 10–50% general admission rate  with 8 AM access for every adult membership that renews every year. You can print out your 10 passes or login to the website at the bathhouse for a team member to redeem passes there. The member is required to be soaking for the guest pass to be valid, and towels and lockers are a separate additional charge. If you have any questions regarding guest passes, please email

As a member, you now have access to a digital membership card that you can add directly to your iPhone or Android device.  From your mobile device, login to the member portal and find the link to your membership card.  Once you've found your membership card, you will see an option to Add to Wallet on iPhone or Download and Add to Pass Wallet on Android.  Once the digital membership card is on your phone, you can easily access it by opening the wallet app.  If you're on an iPhone, it will automatically pop-up when you're nearby. Please keep in mind any changes to a membership will require a re-digital download. 

Keep in mind, not all membership programs allow you to add additional sub-members, only programs that explicitly stated "you can add additional members after subscribing" allow you to do this.  Please go to The Springs Resort website and click the membership you like to add. Billing date for the new sub member will be the date the member is added on and unfortunately this can't be changed as membership are a 12-month agreement.
